This Hatha Yoga class will focus on using postures (asanas) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, students will move through a gentle flow of poses, at their own pace, encouraging a sense of calm and peace, reducing stress, creating physical and mental balance, bringing focus and clarity to the mind, and a sense of well-being to the individual. This class is done in ambient lighting and will calm the nervous system preparing you for a good night's rest! You will need to have a Century House membership to participate in the class. Purchase your membership at Century House before you start the class.
