In this hour long class kids will be doing body weight activities using thier arms, legs, core, back - you name it we will use it. We will exercise to strengthen muscles by just using you and your energy - no equipment necessary! We want to teach you how to take care of your muscles in the best way possible, so each hour will include 15 minutes of cool-down stretching and reflection.
