Soon-to-be skateboarders learn the fundamentals—and experience the fun—of self-sufficient skating in this half-day camp. Led by our experienced team, aspiring skateboarders will build basic riding skills and mechanics in an encouraging, on-site environment.

Grouped by grade—2nd – 4th graders make up our Skills Camp, while 5th – 7th graders join our Adventure Team—campers learn to skate with a 4:1 camper-to-staff ratio, giving them plenty of individualized support as they progress through the skill-building process. They spend the week getting comfortable on their boards, practicing with their equipment and gear and learning about skateboarding’s unique culture. After just one week, they have the skills and self-assurance to ride at their local skate park.
