With a heightened focus on the breath and postural awareness through detailed cuing of the Pilates Principles, improve your muscular engagement, stabilization and support. This full body and mind workout will incorporate use of props while emphasizing proper posture alignment and core stability. All movements may be modified, however Pilates experience is required.
