Low impact, small group personal training for a full body workout designed to build strength, tone muscles, increase bone density and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. By adding lean muscle to your body, you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you're at rest. This small class will be using dumbbells, resistance bands and BOSU® balls. Classes are priced on a monthly basis.
