Aging Mastery Program

Run by Lynnwood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services

Developed by the National Council on Aging, The Aging Mastery Program has been successfully helping people through a comprehensive, fun approach to living. Ten weeks of 90 minutes classes feature local experts sharing their knowledge across a wide range of subjects, including health, finances, relationships, and advanced planning. The program combines education with goal-setting, daily practices, and classroom support to help attendees make meaningful, long-lasting changes. This program, a value of $150 per participant, is offered at no cost to you. In exchange, you are asked to commit to attending all classes. Please plan accordingly before registration.
