This class is designed for those moms who want to push their limits twice a week in a small group training setting. Learn weight training techniques to help you build strength, rebuild your core, and help your posture. This periodized weight training program can be modified to fit all levels and abilities. Please have your doctor provide you with a verbal 6 week clearance before attending this class. This class aligns with Childminding and Preschool times, which is highly recommended for mommies to fit in their daily 'me' time. Babies in strollers are welcome, however, must remain in the stroller for the entire duration of the class.
