Track Attack (TA) is a program designed by Cross County Canada for youth who are at Level IV of the Jackrabbit program (or equivalent). The program is designed for youth who want to pursue cross country skiing in a more dedicated and vigorous way. It combines concepts of skill development and learning to train, with the overall goal of fun and fitness. The program includes a dry land training component, an on snow skill development and training component, and an opportunity to participate in fun competitions.
While TA does include a competitive component, those participants not interested in competition will still have the opportunity to improve their ski techniques in a fun, positive and supportive environment. The dry-land component will enhance functional fitness and core body strength, while focusing around fun and adventure based activities. The participants will get to know each other and the coaches in a team atmosphere where the social aspect of the program becomes as important as the physical training.

Dates: Thur. PM: 6:00 - 7:30, Oct. 19 - March 14 Sat: AM: 9:30 - 11:30, Starting Dec 2nd.
