Head first sculling on back 5m, front and back crawl 3X25m (one lesson), elementary back stroke 3X15m (one lesson), whip kick drills 3X15M, front dive, tread water, throwing assists without a line, victim recognition/simulation, boating and ice safety. Endurance swim 75m. Each class is 30 minutes in length. After Red Cross Swim Kids 6 is completed you can move between the Canadian Life Saving Society Swim Patrol program and Red Cross Swim Kids level 7 - 10 in a personalized order to suit the child's needs of lifesaving and swimming skills.
