Intro to sculling, rhythmic breathing front crawl specific, back glide with kick and shoulder roll, front glide/side glide combo, dolphin kick 3x15 (one lesson), stride dive, surface support in deep water, cold water H.E.L.P./huddle, intro to boating. Front crawl 3x10m (one lesson), endurance swim 50m. Each class is 30 minutes in length. When Red Cross Swim Kids 5 is completed next level will be Red Cross Swim Kids 6 .
