Contact EMS, self safety, safe diving, rhythmic breathing front crawl specific, back glide with kick and shoulder roll, front glide/side glide combo. Front crawl 3X10m (one lesson), back kick 3X15m, surface support in deep water, disorienting entries. Endurance swim 25m. Each class is 30 minutes in length. When Red Cross Swim Kids 4 is completed next level will be Red Cross Swim Kids 5 .
