Children will perform (unassisted) front and back glides with flutter kick, side glide with flutter kick, front glide/side glide combo, weight transfer in shallow water, surface support, change directions in deep water, deep end floats, sitting dive. Front crawl 3x5m (one lesson), endurance swim 15m. Each class is 30 minutes in length. When Red Cross Swim Kids 3 is completed next level will be Red Cross Swim Kids 4.
