Children will perform (unassisted) weight transfer in shallow water, rhythmic breathing, front and back floats, front and back glides with flutter kick, rollover glides with flutter. Side glide with flutter kick, deep-water activities (assisted). Front swim 3X5m, endurance swim 10m. Each class is 30 minutes in length. When Red Cross Swim Kids 2 is completed next level will be Red Cross Swim Kids 3 .
