Front and back crawl 100m, elementary backstroke 50m, breaststroke 50m. Dolphin kick drills vertical, butterfly drill 3X10m. Head/feet first surface dives with 2m under water swim. Ice rescue from safe zone, drowning stats, sun smart. Endurance swim 500m. Each class is 45 minutes in length. After completing Red Cross Swim Kids 10 you can move to the Canadian Swim Patrol, Junior Lifeguard Club or proceed to Bronze Star. Let us find the perfect fit for you.
