A Perfect Balance! The 'Yang' comes first in this combination class with a more active, energetic, warming flow style yoga. It is then followed by a more passive, cooling, deep stretch style yoga called 'Yin'. You will use the Yang to warm up, open and strengthen the muscles and the Yin to help gently release tension and tightness in the connective tissue.
