The Next Step offers 2 small group workouts per week; Tuesdays 8:15-9:30pm and Saturdays 8:00-9:00am. Come and get the inspiration and tools you need to continue on your fitness and wellness journey. You will work to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and energy. Enjoy the comaraderie and support of the group as you give it your all during the workout. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in this program.
