Enjoy slow, low impact exercise that both strengthens your body and energizes the mind and spirit. Learn movements of the Original Yang Tai Chi form and Sin Tien Wu Ji Chi Kung exercises as taught by Grandmaster David Chin. Class includes push hand practice, applications, and more.
