Toughen Up will push you to the limit three times a week. In this group training program you will experience everything but the kitchen sink. Circuits, kettlebells, metabolic training, body weight movement, TRX, stairs, running, spin, resistance training and the whole works. The program will also include before and after body composition and fitness testing. Whether you are training for a specific goal, competition or just for yourself, this class will give you one thing: results! Join us Mondays and Wednesdays 9:15-10:45am and Fridays 9:30-11:00am.
