Georgetown Parks and Recreation offers a variety of Youth Athletic Leagues each year: Boys/Girls Soccer in Spring and Fall. Co-Ed Basketball and Girls Volleyball in the Summer and Winter.

All coaches are volunteers - typically parents of the participants, though we will accept others. All volunteers have background checks performed by the City of Georgetown each season.

GPARD Youth Athletic Leagues are designed to be an educational, fun, healthy and non-competitive experience for boys and girls ages 4-14. Each league meets for nine weeks on Saturdays in the gymnasiums of the Georgetown Recreation Center (basketball and volleyball) or on the soccer fields adjacent to the GRC in San Gabriel Park. In all leagues, the first week is a practice followed by eight games. All leagues play on Saturdays.
