Tai Chi Ch'uan improves balance, bone density, circulation, mental clarity and elevates the mood. All movements are applicable to self-defense. Qigong is ancient Chinese "energy work" involving relaxation and deep breathing. Grandmaster Marilyn Cooper has been training and teaching for over 50 years. Meet outside in front of the Community Center at the first class. Class is held inside when it rains.
