A small group training program for those with a beginner fitness level looking to lose weight. Includes education, support, group workout and dietary information. Participants will keep an exercise & food journal and be weighed weekly. Exercise programs for out of class workouts will be designed for your specific needs. The goal of the program is to safely lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks, and to establish healthy exercise and eating habits. Participants successful in safely losing 10 lbs get a free one-month pass.
