This gentle, ancient Chinese martial art is an easy to learn moving meditation that helps to improve balance, body awareness, and flexibility. Regular practice helps develop healthy breathing patterns and relaxation skills. This practise session is for everyone currently enrolled in a Tai Chi class at McKee.
