Tai Chi: We have a new instructor: Blanche Boyce, BA, MMQ (Master of Medical Qi Gong) who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 15 years. Come and enjoy the slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. The practice is known to increase flexibility, strength, mindfulness and overall health. Both beginner and Intermediate levels are welcome. Drop in is also offered dependent upon class availability.
