Stride entry and compact jumps into deep water are introduced. Swimmers are treading water legs only using a lifesaving kick such as eggbeater and scissor kick. They will easily accomplish a 300 m workout with their effective strokes for front crawl, back crawl and/or breaststroke. Swimmer 6 graduates will be well prepared for success in the Canadian Swim Patrol awards. Prerequisite: Swim for Life - Swimmer 5.
