Fitness Strength and Conditioning

Run by North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Ages 19+ yrs

This strength training program is designed to teach and motivate you. A certified personal trainer will design a program and work with you in a small group setting to teach you proper and effective use of the weight room equipment. Learn exercises to help build muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. A one on one session prior to the start of the class is included.
