Learn mat techniques that safely and effectively strengthen your deep abdominals, pelvic floor and back musculature. Detailed instruction on proper breathing, posture, and mind-body awareness will be provided. Please bring a closed cell foam mat. This class is intended for healthy individuals and is not suitable for those with osteoporosis, spinal disc problems or head injuries.
