Little Mission Studio

Little Mission Studio is a new, fun-loving, independent music school, located in the Mission District. They offer high quality music education through private music lessons, and group music lessons in clarinet, flute, guitar, percussion, piano, voice, saxophone, and more. Students will have the opportunity to participate in seasonal recitals, performances, and have access to solo practice space (as available), all included in lesson prices.



Blue Bear School of Music

San Francisco’s pre-eminent school of rock, blues, jazz, folk and pop music is a home for aspiring musicians of all ages and all skill levels. They have been offering top-notch popular music instruction since 1971 in a casual and supportive atmosphere.  Private lessons or and small group classes are available in convenient schedules.  Ask about their All-Star Bands for kids in grades 6-12!



Community Music Center

Community Music Center’s mission is to make music accessible to people of all ages, musical levels, and financial backgrounds. Students range in age from two to 94 years old and enjoy classes in everything from Western classical to Chinese to Latin Music.

Music Together of San Francisco

Music Together® is recognized internationally as reputable music program for younger children and accompanying adults.  Music together of San Francisco offers classes for three different age groups that are tailored to the developmental needs of each group. These classes are the Babies Class (newborn to 8 months), the Mixed-Age Class (birth to 5 years), and the Big Kids Class (for those who have completed several semesters of the earlier Music together programs).



Music for Aardvarks

Music for Aardvarks and Other Mammals...is a hip alternative to the traditional 'mommy and me' music class for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. Classes revolve around David Weinstone's original Music for Aardvarks songs and incorporate movement activities, dance breaks, and instrumental jam sessions. Created in 1997, Music for Aardvarks classes can now be found all over the country.



SF Conservatory of Music

The Pre-College Division of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music delivers a comprehensive musical education that fosters the development of artistically mature musicians and fully rounded human beings. The curriculum entails private instruction, courses in musicianship and composition, small and large ensemble experiences, master classes, performances and assessments. Early childhood classes are also available.



Amabile School of Music

Located in the Sunset District of SF, the Amabile School of Music offers lessons in piano, violin, cello, guitar, voice, clarinet, saxophone, flute and Music Group classes! Over 20 qualified and dedicated instructors teach in a comfortable facility, complete with observation windows in every practice room, where parents can watch their kids in action.
