Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy

Kids’ classes allow children to learn valuable safety, awareness, self-defense skills and traditional Kung Fu techniques, while improving self-confidence, coordination, and concentration.

Students can perform, compete, and learn lion dancing. Kids’ martial arts classes are creative, fun, and rewarding right from the introductory class. All ages welcome, parents too.



Ernie Reyes West Coast Karate

With several locations across the USA, instructors teach martial arts skills with the added benefits of self-confidence, focus, respect for oneself and others, and physical and mental fitness. In teen and children's classes, students will learn the Black Belt Success System, as well as how to concentrate and focus their energy constructively. The LockBoxing Black Belt Academy is dedicated to giving students a broad education in martial arts as well as the social and emotional life skills that come with team training and group fitness. International Chi Institute

The International Chi Institute is proud to have provided exciting Kung Fu and Qi Gong classes for both children and adults at it's beautiful and spacious studio. Each Semester will conclude with a performance featuring the talented students of the program. Classes are available for everyone aged 5 and up.





Okinawa Karate Academy

Classes are offered in Uechi Ryu Kareate, fitness training and Qi Gong. Uechi-Ryu is a discipline of Okinawan karate which combines soft circular blocks with hard, linear strikes, and intensive body conditioning. It is a system of self-defense which prepares the practitioner to overcome challenges, whether from an opponent or from the trials of everyday life. The children's martial arts program is available for kids aged 6-15, while the Little Tigers program is geared for children aged 4-6.




Pitts' Martial Arts Academy

Master Instructor and Owner Kenneth A. Pitts has taught martial arts for more than 25 years. Lessons are offered in several disciplines, that will help increase self-confidence, improved concentration, and reduce shyness in children wile providing martial arts instruction. He also teaches a special class especially for children on the Autism spectrum and has worked with children with special needs for more than 20 years.




USA Kung Fu Studio

USAKFS After-School program teaches self-discipline, confidence, self-defense, coordination, patience and sportsmanship. Students will exercise, get stronger, and stretch to become more flexible, while also improving academic skills. Safety, convenience, expert training, and fun activities make this program the best alternative for daycare in Alameda for grades 1-5.
