Ottawa Swordplay's goal is to research, interpret and train in historical European combat methods as a legitimate martial art, Learn techniques for longsword, rapier, sword and buckler, pollaxe, spear, dagger, grappling, and a uniquely German weapon called a "grossemesser".

Spring Action offers trampoline classes for all ages and abilities. Focused on FUN, with NCCP certified instructors and top-of the-line equipment, Spring Action is the best place to learn and improve your trampoline skills.
Classes include Junior Jumpers (ages 4-6), Freestyle Jump, and public open jump times. Private lessons, and special needs lessons are also available.
Makin' Moves offers dance programs for kids aged 4 and up. These include the Tender Foot intro movement class for ages 4-7, the Apprentice program, for ages 8-11, and the Aspiring Artist program for ages 12+ for more serious dancers. The Aspiring Artist program offers several performance opportunities and opens the door to further dance education.
Above the Rim's evening programs are comprised of a series of weekly sessions in a variety of locations throughout Ottawa. Students focus one specific basketball skill per session. They go through a number of drills, working on the fundamentals. After going over the "basketball skill of the day" the students play in well-structured and organized scrimmages.
During after-school programs, children engage in exciting hands-on activities, watch spectacular demonstrations, participate in inquiry-based discussions and take home things that they have made themselves like model rockets, periscopes, Mad Science putty, and more!
1-hour after school classes explore architecture, engineering and technology concepts using LEGO® bricks.
Students participate in 4 week sessions focused on exciting themes including Space, Inventions, Famous Buildings, and Natural Disasters. Pre-school classes are also offered.
