Ahn's Tae Kwon Do Institute

Tae Kwon Do is an ancient art of Korean self-defense. Translated from Korean, Tae means "to kick" or "to strike with foot", Kwon means "fist" or "to strike with hand", and Do means "discipline" or "art".
