Some great local Easter Activities, including festivals, photo ops with the Easter Bunny, egg hunts, and more!

Easter is just a few weeks away so I thought I would let you know about some of the fun Easter Events in the Portland Area this year!

Top Kid-Friendly Easter Events in Portland

Code Orange Helicopter Easter Egg Drop (March 28)

On March 28th, thousands of orange eggs will fall from the sky once again at Brentwood Park as hopecity church hosts the 4th annual Code Orange Easter Egg Drop. This year, a helicopter will drop eggs onto the fields and children will have the opportunity to hunt 20,000 plastic Easter eggs at the park that day.

Easter Ceramic Craft Workshop (March 30)

For 7 years and older - A craft making workshop for the whole family!

Eggstravaganza (April 1)

Hippity hop down the bunny trail & discover what he left behind at Eggstravaganza! Challenge yourselves uncovering a basketful of treasures at the. Experience a spirit of playfulness & helping your child develop self-direction skills & respect for others. It's festive! It's fun!

Rabbit Romp (April 4)

Rabbit Romp features candy egg hunts every 10-15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Children ages 3 to 10 are invited to hunt for compostable "plastic" eggs, candy and prizes. Toddlers 2 and under can participate in a candy hunt organized especially for them at the classrooms by Bear Walk Café. Parents are not allowed in most hunts, but accommodations will be made for families requiring assistance.

Third Annual Orenco Station Easter Hop (April 4)

The Easter Bunny is coming to the Orenco Station for the Third Annual Orenco Station Easter Hop! So, hop on down yourself and snap a photo with the Easter Bunny. Kids and adults alike can collect treats while scouring the area for the family scavenger hunt!

Alpenrose Dairy Easter Egg Hunt (April 4)

The day’s excitement begins at 10:30 a.m. for kids ages 3 – 5 and 12:00 p.m. for ages 6 – 8. Come join us for a one of a kind Easter Egg Hunt!! This free event is hosted by Alpenrose Dairy and has become a special tradition for families since 1962.

Spring Easter Egg Hunt (April 4)

Come rain or shine! Bring your baskets to load up on colorful eggs and fun surprises at the Spring Egg Hunt. We'll have fun for all ages, don't delay...sign up today! Bring your camera and take a photo with the bunny! $7 per child. Ages 1-10 years.

Pix Patisserie Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza! (April 5)

Join Pix Patisserie for an Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza featuring 50 eggs hiding around the restaurant. Each customer can claim one egg, each containing a golden ticket and a chance to win up to $50 in FREE treats! Doors open at 2 p.m. sharp for the hunt.
