Join Peter Cottontail as he hops down the bunny trail!. Ottawa Public Library has prepared Easter-related activities for kids aged 5 to 10 years old. We have stories, activities and crafts for the kids to experience the ultimate Easter Fun.

Easter Egg Hunt
Children and adults alike delight in meeting the Easter Bunny and helping him find his eggs. Pile aboard the wagon for a ride out to the Sugarbush. Hunt through the bush in search of the Easter bunny’s lost eggs, and add them to your basket. Soon we’ll dump them all into the Bunny’s Giant Basket and head back to visit the baby animals in the barn. Family fun for all – and each child leaves with something special! $7.75 for children, and $5.25 for adults (plus HST).

Easter at the Estate
It is going to be an educational and fun Easter celebration at the Estate. The whole family will have the chance to learn Easter traditions from around the world. Kids will have a fun time egg hunting and they'll get to meet the Easter Bunny. Other interesting activities include egg dyeing, perfume making, egg-rolling races, water balloon tosses and egg jarping.

Need help in looking for Easter eggs? Well, Curious Cottontail comes out of hiding once a year to help young kids find their Easter eggs hidden in the most unexpected places. The whole family will have so much fun exploring the history of rural agriculture and learn the art of dyeing eggs. The kids will get to interact with different animals at the large petting zoo at this Curious Cottontail's Easter Egg Hunting event.
