Easter is just around the corner and we at Chatterblock have heard straight from the Easter Bunny about some real fun activities for the whole family this Easter 2015. From carnival games and bouncy castles to harp music concert and huge egg-hunting fun, the Easter Bunny has them all!

Easter Events in Victoria

7th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Signs of Hope in Africa is hosting the 7th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt. With 20,000 eggs, there is no other egg-hunting event as huge as this! Other fun activities include face painting, bubble machine, bouncy castles and craft stations. Don’t forget to drop by Signs of Hope in Africa’s information booth. PISE and Kenzen Sport Karate will have some obstacle games and other physical activities prepared for the kids. There will be clowns and superheroes and a visit from the Easter Bunny. It’s the ultimate Easter event!

5th Annual KOOL Easter Egg Hunt at City Centre Park

This Easter, bring the whole family to the City Centre Park in Langford for the 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at City Centre Park and experience various fun activities for free! The kids will have the best Easter fun experience with activities such as bouncy castles, face painting, crafts and inflatable football! There will be a raffle draw with many exciting prizes. To join the raffle, simply bring a non-perishable food item as a donation.

Easter Egg-Ceptional Skate

What could be more fun than spending Easter with the kids at the Pearkes Rec Centre Skating Arena?Easter Egg-Ceptional Skate will have a $3 admission fee but you can get in for free, all you have to do is attach bunny ears to your helmet. There will be Easter treats up for grabs as well!

Something unique: Easter Vintage, Retro & Collectible Show

Maybe a bit more exciting for the adults, but check out the Easter Vintage, Retro & Collectible Show this year. They have a large selection of originals and some repurpose pieces for you. Lots of neat books and kitchen ware; textiles and pre and post war jewellery, clothes and accessories. Cameras and photographs, paper collectibles and toys. Buttons, native basket work, stamps, coins, gold and silver buyers and sellers. Children under 14 are free with an adult!

Easter Eggstravaganza

Give your kids aged 2 to 5 years old the chance to meet and greet the Easter Bunny at the Easter Eggstravaganza event. They'll have so much Easter fun with many Kindergym activities, craft stations, egg hunt and yummy treats!  This Easter event is always a hit so please pre-register!

Easter Egg Hunt

Come to the Easter Egg Hunt at Tillicum Elementary School and experience the ultimate Easter fun with the whole family. Activities include crafts and egg-hunting with many prizes, refreshments and treats! Invite your neighbours to make this event courtesy of Lighthouse Church more fun!

Ukrainian Easter Bake Sale & Hot Lunch

Try something different this Easter and get some delicious Ukrainian Easter Breads (Paskas and babkas), Baking, Perogies, Cabbage Rolls, Fresh Kobasa and hot lunch at this Ukrainian Easter Celebration. Free admission!

Central Baptist Church will have a huge Family Easter Party! There will be many fun activities like egg decorating, egg hunting and Easter crafts await the whole family. There will be Easter tasty treats as well!

Easter Harp Concert

The Greater Victoria Public Library will showcase a one-hour performance by local harpist Philipp Gawthrop. Bring the whole family to this Easter Harp Concert and experience an afternoon of festive music. The concert will be held at the Juan de Fuca Branch library and registration is not required
