Canada Day in the Downtown Oshawa

Oshawa’s premier festival, Canada Day, plays host to over 50,000 residents and visitors every year. The activities and entertainment are top-notch and this year and will prove to be the best that Oshawa has to offer. Live, local entertainment, a carnival, family zone, historical village, and spectacular fireworks will provide something sure to please everyone in the family!

Canada Day at the Lake

Canada Day in Whitby

Celebrate County Town Carnival, Canada Day and Fireworks with the Town of Whitby at Victoria Fields. The day features free children’s activities, live entertainment, a petting zoo, and jumping castles. Parking is available at Iroquois Park Sports Centre and Whitby GO Station. Don’t miss the Community Connection fireworks at dark.

Canada Day at the Bowmanville Museum

Take part in Clarington Museums’ biggest annual event. Celebrate Canada Day at the Bowmanville Museum with your family. Their Edwardian style historic home and gardens make for the perfect place to celebrate Canada’s history.

The traditional event kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with Olde Tyme Races in the gardens, shortly followed by an afternoon of live music on the verandah, face painting, heritage crafts, historic tours, horse and wagon rides of historic Bowmanville, a BBQ lunch, Canada’s birthday cake, and many more fun activities!

Canada Day at the Village of Newcastle

Head to the Village of Newcastle for a day of history, cake, and fireworks! You can even get to meet Olympic gold medalist Tara Watchorn of the Canadian Nation Women’s Hockey team.

Canada Day in Vaughan

This fun-filled family event will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will feature FREE headline entertainment, with award winning bands Glass Tiger and Honeymoon Suite.

Canada’s Wonderland Canada Day Fireworks

Witness a brilliant Canada’s Wonderland Canada Day Fireworks display throughout the season! Spend your day enjoying over 200 awesome rides, coasters and attractions, then round out your day with an action-packed fireworks display over Wonder Mountain. Fireworks are included with park admission.
