You may have searched for Calgary Christmas Parades — the annual Calgary Santa Claus Parade in particular — and your search may have turned up fruitless. The Calgary Santa Claus Parade has not run since 2007, unfortunately for those with small children (and those who love parades all the same). We’ve done some searching and put together a list for you of nearby events that may not be Calgary Christmas Parades, but are close-by Alberta Christmas Parades! You can prepare a warm picnic and make a full day family event of taking in these spectacular events.

That cool crisp has landed — as have the snowflakes — and the undeniable presence of winter spirit! As we prepare for Christmas crafting, shopping, and baking, there are a few events to jot down between stewing apple cider and clove covered oranges — Calgary Christmas Parades!
