1. Visit a Corn Maze
One of the best things to do with kids of any age is to go get lost in one of Saskatoon's impressive corn mazes!
Dutch Growers Pumpkin Maze - Created from straw bales, this free maze is perfect for young families.
Youth Farm Corn Maze - Open Fridays to Sundays in October, near Rosthern.
The Strawberry Ranch Maze & Market - A new pattern each year!
Saskatoon Italian Cultural & Recreation Centre - Two course lengths depending on preference topped off with bocce courts, food, and licensed patio.
2. Boo at the Zoo
Have your Halloween costume ready for an afternoon of trick or treating, animal stories and games! Find the Boardwalk booth hidden within the Zoo for an extra special treat and a chance to win a resident member only family fun prize. Admission is by donation.
When- Sunday October 28th, 2018 from 11am-3pm
Where- Saskatoon Forestry Park and Zoo
3. Scare Free Kids Event at Terror in the Trees
Terror in the Trees is one of the scariest events of the year, so if your young one isn't quite up to the challenge they have a special "scare free" event so that even the youngsters can take part! Entry by donation.
When- Saturday October 27th from 11am to 3pm
Where- Terror in the Trees, Vanscoy
Note- The "full scare" mode is on Oct 26th, 27th and 31st from 7pm - 10:30pm
4. Sylvia's Halloween Howl
Bring your Hallo- weenies out for a treat they won’t soon forget! Sylvia’s Halloween Howl, at the Refinery, is filled with goodies no one else is giving out! Songs original songs and action rhymes will put the spirit of Halloween into everyone! Costumes are encouraged.
When- Thursday October 25th at 10:30am & 7pm, Friday October 26th at 10:30am & 1pm
Where- The Refinery
5. Boo Town
Fun for the whole family! Solve the Boo Town Mystery, hear scary stories, taste goulish treats from the Witch's Kitchen, play games and have a spooky portrait taken in the BOOmtown Photo Studio. Included with regular admission.
When- Tuesday October 30th, 2018 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
