Fairytale Town

There are few places in the world like Fairytale Town. Since 1959, their magical corner of William Land Park has been a treasured place of laughter, memories, learning, and family fun. Fairytale Town is also home to a family of 22 rare and miniature breed animals, three interactive learning gardens and two performing arts stages. Come over and play!


Sacramento Adventure Playground

Happy and healthy kids are part of the foundation of any great community. Adventure Playground is filled with a variety of playgrounds and play structures suited for kids. They also offer a free after-school youth development program for ages 7 to 15.  


Muir Children's Park

Your kids will surely enjoy Muir Children's Park. The park has swings, net-climber, slides, decomposed granite tile-track and sand play area. There is also picnic area with picnic tables and BBQs for the whole family.


William Land Regional Park

Sizeable park that offers many amenities, including a zoo, amphitheater, golf course & ball fields.


Seely Park

Splish, splash and get muddy and play at Seely Park. On top of the mud the park also has a basketball court, picnic tables, barbecues, restrooms and off street parking.


Oak Meadow Park

Kids will love hanging out in Oak Meadow Park. This is a great peaceful park, that has both a train and a merry go round which are open on the weekend. 

McKinley Park

Marriott Park

Shasta Community Park

Shasta Community Park is a 21.2-acre community park which includes the 20,000 S.F. Valley Hi/North Laguna Library. Shasta Community Park opened in the spring of 2009, and the library opened August 29, 2009.


Southside Park

Southside Park is complete with a pond in the center, an elaborate playground, trails & public art. Play elements include adventure play equipment with access ramps and handrails, tot lot play equipment, a merry-go-around, swings, spring riders, group rocking units, self propelled spin play units, independent climbing apparatuses, and play units with sound features.


McClatchy Park
