Top Indoor Play Places in Toronto

Are you looking for a fun indoor place to bring your kids? Check out our favorites in the GTA.

Toronto is home to tons of amazing and unique spaces to run around indoors for everyone to enjoy.

Some of these might be a small drive away, but over the years we've always found it's fun to try new places and shake things up! Here's a list of some of our favourite indoor play places in and around Toronto.

Also—as many of you would know who have been to an indoor play place—don't forget the socks!


1. Explore Center


Explore Center is an indoor playground, which is a fun place for birthday parties, summer camp, robotics classes, and more, located in the heart of Richmond Hill (Yonge and Elgin Mills), where you can play, party and learn.

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ​Weekends & Holidays: Varies due to private functions. 


2. Kids Fun Town


Kids Fun Town is an indoor playground offering drop-in play and birthday parties. The play space features activities devoted to the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Birthday parties boast amazing staff who guarantee an unforgettable experience.

3. Sprouts: Growing Bodies & Minds


Sprouts: Growing Bodies & Minds is a 6,000-square-foot indoor children's playground that offers over 50 classes a week for children 0 to 7 years and their parents and caregivers. The playground and gym is open for drop-in play. And your first visit is free!

Open Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday to Sunday 9am - 4pm


4. Kids Fun City

Kids Fun City is committed to providing a safe, fun, and affordable entertainment through superior customer service and cutting-edge entertainment venues. They also host memorable events in a unique and exciting way, providing everything and anything guests need to make their celebration one they will never forget!

Monday to Tuesday: Closed, Wednesday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.



5. Kidnasium

Kidnasium is the place where kids have all the fun! Kidnasium's programs focus on building self-confidence, social skills, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination by teaching basic gymnastics skills in a fully equipped gym setting. There is drop-in play times Monday to Friday.

6. Oaks 'n Acorns


Oaks ‘n Acorns is a great place for parents to connect with their children through fun programs, workshops, and play time and is a place where parents make friends for themselves! Yummy snacks, paninis, and in-store baked goodies are offered in their studio cafe, along with lattes and kid-friendly favourites. The cafe is only open to patrons enrolled in a class or play-admission visitors.

7. Sky Zone Toronto

Sky Zone provides guests with thrilling activities fit for all ages and fitness levels where they are guaranteed to have a ‘soaring’ time. Filled with wall-to-wall trampolines, Sky Zone provides a brand new way to move and sets the stage for a variety of activities, such as 3-D Dodgeball and SkyRobics, an invigorating and fun, yet highly effective, fitness class that can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

Visitors can also participate in Open Jump where they can bounce for fun, freestyle their latest moves, or jump into a giant foam pit.

In addition, the facility is also the perfect venue for a unique and memorable group outing, offering birthday party packages, corporate team building programs, and other group events, such as church events, school outings, and camps programs.
