With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I am sure you and your family are gearing up for a stuffing meal. However, after the big dinner is done there is always loads of food leftover. Plain turkey and mashed potatoes can get boring for your kids if they are forced to eat it for a week straight. So, without further ado here are some of the coolest kid friendly recipes for Thanksgiving leftovers.

Turkey & Cranberry Quesadillas

It goes without out saying that 99.99% of kids like quesadillas. What’s not to like about gooey cheese melted inside a warm tortilla shell. This year try adding shredded turkey and cranberry sauce to your TexMex meal so a fun way to utilize some leftovers.

Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffing Waffles

The fried chicken and waffles trend is great and all, but has your family ever tried stuffing and waffles? Yum! This super easy breakfast item is a fun way to change things up and use your leftover stuffing in a very creative way.

Turkey, Cranberry & Brie Egg Rolls
