Halloween pARTy

Visit the Shenkman Arts Centre for Halloween pARTy!

There will be Crafts, Face Painting, Photo Booth, Storytelling, Costume Parade, Bake Sale, and more!

Their theme this year is inspired by sorcerers and magicians! Go Costumed!

A Barnyard Hallowe'en 

It’s a Barnyard Halloween at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum!

You are invited to enjoy special activities just right for the occasion. Make some ghoulish treats, create a creepy craft, learn all about bats, visit a spooky barn and take part in Halloween games.

Costumed visitors young and old alike can join the costume parade. Children will be able to decorate a pumpkin to bring home too

Pumpkinferno

Award-winning Pumpkinferno returns featuring a selection of specially designed Canada 150 themed pumpkin-carved displays! This mesmerizing installation of artist-inspired, glowing pumpkins is a not-to-be-missed event for all ages!

Take a tour through this spectacular outdoor art exhibit of 7,000 handcrafted pumpkins all lit at night along a kilometer long path in a picturesque 19th century backdrop. This event is open select evenings from late September through October, you won’t want to miss this chance to discover the culture of Canada in a world of pumpkins.

Acres of Terror (Formerly The Spooky Wagon Ride)

Visit Cannamore Orchard- Eastern Ontario’s most affordable and terrifying Halloween attraction!

This year they have four spooktacular attractions- The Spooky Wagon Ride, House of Terror, Spooky Village and Fog Maze.

There are many activities for younger families these include: Covered Wagon Tours, Cow Train Rides, Pedal Car Track, Duck Races, Small Kids Activity Area, Patio Stone Mazes and our four GIANT Hedge Mazes.

**New this year: Scavenger Hunt, Petting Zoo, and our Museum! Pack a picnic and enjoy it in the orchard or grab something from their onsite Chip Truck or Canteen.

Bunker Buddies Halloween Hunt

Go dressed up in your favourite costume. Discover spooky (and cute) ghosts and monsters throughout the museum to collect treats. There’s plenty of open space to run around and have fun in the Bunker. Feel free to bring a lunch and eat in their cafeteria!

Haunted Historic Village

Dare yourself to set out into the darkness... You never know what's lurking in the shadows or around the corners of our historic buildings!

GNAG Halloween Party

GNAG will be hosting its annual Halloween Party on Oct 29. This fun and fantastic event welcomes people of all ages. There will be carnival candy, Haunted House, Preschool Play Room, Kinder Haunted House, Fortune Telling, Bouncy Castle, Halloween Skit and more.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
