The S.P.A.C.E.

The S.P.A.C.E. is a full performing arts centre focused on building self-esteem, encouraging students to dream, challenge them to develop determination and perseverance. Whether you’re serious about pursuing the arts, or just want to learn something new, the staff of qualified, trained, professional actors, dancers, and singers offers a unique and exciting opportunity to learn about the world of performing arts.




Fun with Music Together

Summer classes at Music Together are offered at 5 different locations in the GTA. 45-minute sessions include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences, appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.





Neighbour Note

Neighbour Note is a network of highly educated, qualified, and extremely talented teachers and musicians. that provide premier private and group music lessons in the comfort of student’s homes.

They also offer a wide range of diverse music classes, programs, and summer camps.





Great Big Theatre Company

With 46 locations, GBTC has offered theatre education programs for young people since 1994. Experienced, caring and dynamic staff will introduce your kids to stage performance and guide them toward self-expression. GBTC offers one-week sessions. where everyone participates in the weekly performance! Fun for all...and a great confidence and skill-building experience!





Children's Arts Theatre School

CATS's intensive and creative two-week theatre camp offers campers ages 4-13, with an exceptional introduction to musical theatre, dance, Comedy and visual arts culminating in a fantastic final performance complete with professional costuming, make-up, lights and sound and a live audience! Half and full-day options available. Extended hours in the AM and PM are provided at no additional cost.



Red Sandcastle Theatre

The Red Sandcastle Theatre offers a "Play in a Week Camp" and a "Film in a Week Camp" in which the kids do just that, make an original play or film, and have a performance for the parents on the Friday. Five days of Creativity!

Warning! Your child may catch the theatre bug!




Boffo Summers!

Register your Jedi, Marvel-ous hero, bearer of the one true ring, and Boffo Summer camps will send you back a child who is tired out, enjoys theatre arts, and quotes Shakespeare.

Boffo Summers puts soft swords in the hands of children and teaches Shakespeare and theatre arts through Shakespeare's fight scenes. It's effective, educational, and fun.



No Strings Theatre

No Strings Theatre provides opportunities for youth aged 12-21 to develop performing arts skills such as singing, dancing and acting under the guidance of trained and seasoned professionals.

Summer programs this season include a Music Theatre Intensive featuring Menken and Ashman's Little Shop of Horrors, Acting for the Camera, and Creative Music and Script Writing.




Monarch Movement

Each day at Camp offers classes in Music, Art, Dance, & Yoga, as well as plenty of free-play time outdoors. Each week of camp features a different theme. Some themes include "Enchanted Garden", "Fun & Games", and "Water". The Vancouver & Guelph programs finish with an end of Camp performance on stage.




Ryerson Theatre School

RTS offers Theatre and Drama Day Camps for ages 4-12, and Intensives for Teens and Adults. Participants will use their imaginations, explore the world of live performance and expand their creativity - right in the heart of Toronto. Be on stage, learn about the performance industry, build self-confidence and communication skills, and have fun! Each program has a final presentation. Sessions are 1-3 week long.




DramaWay

DramaWay is the leading provider of process-based arts programs that facilitate social & life-skills development for all abilities. DramaWay helps participants expand their artistic skills and grow as individuals in a non-competitive and inspirational atmosphere. DramaWay programs span the realm of the fine arts with programs including theatre, dance, film and music.





School of Rock Markham

School of Rock Summer Camps are perfect for any young musician between the ages of 9-18 (Songwriting/Recording Camp is 13-18) and are tailored to the individual skill level of each camper to ensure an educational and enjoyable experience for all.

Camps are ideal for anyone with an interest and/or experience in vocals, guitar, drums, bass, or keys.




Little Voices, Dancing Feet with Jodie Friesen

A different Music, Drama, Dance, Art, Stories & Snacks adventure every afternoon!

Small group, half-day Integrated Arts camps are held in the Toronto Beach, with a Master Orff teacher.





Young People's Theatre

YPT’s Summer Drama Camps for Grades 1-12 focus on engaging participants through creating theatre. Over the course of each session, young people give voice and physical form to their imaginations, develop fundamental theatre skills and work toward collaboratively creating a performance based on the ideas of the group.

Participants will then put their skills together and perform for family and friends.




Canada Opera Company

Sing, compose, act, design, and perform at COC Summer Opera Camps! Children and youth (grades 1-12) will be given the rare experience of playfully exploring opera as both creators and performers. In the process, they’ll make new friends, discover new interests, build confidence, and have lots of fun. Give your child a glimpse into the magnificent world of opera.




Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre

This week-long program offers full or half day sessions for 5 to 8 year olds and half-day sessions for 4 year olds. Both groups experience each of the disciplines in the morning while full-day students then enjoy storytelling and GleeClub in the afternoon.

Programs culminate in a day of sharing as parents are invited to observe their child's activities!
