Christmas is in the air, at least it’s feeling rather frosty! We just love this time of year though, all the pretty Christmas lights starting to make a presence, holiday drinks, and of course the children’s excitement! That’s why we have put together a list of some of the most wonderful kids Christmas Events Vancouver has to offer this year.

Seattle's wildest holiday lights festival returns with sparkling lights and faux snowball fights, Santa, his reindeer and family delights.
More than 600,000 energy-efficient LED lights recreate wild animals and wild places in two and three dimensions along the zoo’s pathways and North Meadow. Santa will stop by WildLights every Friday through Sunday prior to Christmas as well as December 18 through 23. Head over to Santa’s Camp to meet the jolly old fella and get your holiday photo with him.

It’s a holiday wonderland at Country Village with live reindeer, caroling by local quartets all day long, a whimsical gingerbread house display, surprise visit by the Grinch, and 40 local shops and restaurants all decked out in their best with thousands of twinkling lights. An animated light display featuring a 40’ sea serpent, fiddling pig, giant dragonfly, marching ducks and more. There are so many events lined up at the Country Village like Live Reindeer, Santa's Workshop, Santa Arrival & Tree lighting, Cookis with Mrs. Claus, Fun with Frosty and many more. Figgy’s fun! Join us for one of Seattle’s most magical and festive nights. This heart-warming tradition attracts nearly 10,000 people every year to enjoy holiday music.Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as dozens of caroling teams sing their hearts out on downtown Seattle street corners in and around Westlake Center. The top teams then compete in a sing-off on the Figgy Main Stage.
There are lots of ways to enjoy Figgy Pudding! You can enjoy the music, volunteer to produce the event, or get in on the action and form a caroling team.

Connect to a world of sparkling lights, child-sized amusements and spirited entertainment at Seattle Center Winterfest, in Center venues and on the grounds. Five weeks of festive, fun-filled, free and affordable activities await those in search of uplifting seasonal spirit or delightful diversion from the hustle and bustle of the holiday routine.
Featuring Winterfest Ice Rink and Saturday ice sculpting including a full day of ice carving mastery on Sunday, December 17th, Winter Train & Village returns, along with live weekend performances and inspiring student showcases. The festival opens with Holiday Harmony and rings in the New Year with spectacular fireworks, Fountain of Light dance party and live music by premier cover band, Sway.
Glide into the season with the greatest of ease and excitement. For novice or Olympiad, Winterfest Ice Rink offers fun for all.

Garden d’Lights features over half a million sparkling lights formed into the whimsical shapes of plants, flowers, birds, animals, and cascading waterfalls set amid the natural beauty of the Bellevue Botanical Garden. Garden d’Lights is produced by Bellevue Botanical Garden Society in partnership with Bellevue Parks & Community Services.

The Bellevue Collection has expanded and so has Snowflake Lane. You can experience all your favorite characters — with falling snow, beautiful lights, delightful holiday music — and better viewing along the extended parade route. This annual festival returns to Swanson’s Nursery just in time for the holidays. Come and meet two of Santa’s live reindeer, Dasher and Blitzen. These two reindeer will be visiting the nursery through December 24th when they return to Santa's workshop to help deliver presents!
You can enjoy the Reindeer festival activities like Holiday Shopping, Picking up Christmas trees, Model Train Village, Photos with Santa, Live Music & much more.

The annual holiday party begins outside The Museum of Flights, when Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive in an airplane and taxi right into the Museum parking lot, and everyone is welcome to meeting them at the plane!
The fun continues as they hear children’s wishes in the Museum, while the galleries resound with joyous music by the Boeing Concert Orchestra, Boeing Band and special guest, childrens’ music legend Caspar Babypants! There are festive family workshops too!

This two-day event features over 100 vendors with unique, handcrafted gifts at the Kent Commons Community Center conveniently located at 525 4th Avenue North, Kent WA 98032. This event attracts vendors and visitors from throughout Western Washington. The bazaar will also offer musical entertainment, food, and beverages for all shoppers.

A Town Hall tradition, the holiday edition of Short Stories Live (curated by Jean Sherrard) brings together unconventional holiday tales for an afternoon of short stories, poems, and seasonal music by returning house band Pineola (comprised of Leslie Braly, John Owen, Josh Woods, Dirk Lebsack, and Ed Brooks). Favorite Northwest actors, including Kurt Beattie, Marianne Owen, and Bill Ontiveros, will take turns sharing the gleeful, carousing nature only “A Rogue’s Christmas” can hold.
